Are there professional standards for the coaching industry?

Yes, there is a code of ethics, core competencies, and an accreditation process. The International Coach Federation (ICF) promotes the advancement of coaches. https://coachingfederation.org/ethics/code-of-ethics

How will I know you are the right coach for me?

During our initial conversations and/or complimentary discovery session, we will determine if this is an appropriate fit for you. Click on BIO and SERVICE pages to learn more about my approach to coaching.

How do I get started in the coaching process?

To begin the coaching process, please email me at  franca@francafoligatti.com  or schedule an initial consultation with a discovery session to explore the details of a potential coaching relationship.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, I offer a money-back" guarantee. I offer a 30-day refund guarantee for dissatisfied clients who have attended regularly and fully participated in the coaching process. This refund does not apply to clients who signed up for coaching but did not attend sessions or do the required follow-up work.

Yes! In fact, these 3 levels of security will ensure that your data is safe and confidential:

Is my information confidential?

Yes! This site is protected by a username/password system. You are the only one with access to your information.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

Can I contact you between scheduled coaching sessions?

Yes! If something comes up between our meetings, you can post an inquiry to the Client Log and arrange for a "last-minute" coaching via your Private Client Website.

ACCESSING THE PRIVATE CLIENT AREA

What is the "Register Now" link, and when would I use it?

If you are interested in becoming a client or beginning the coaching process, you can create your own account to access the private client area. Once you "register," I will be notified that your account has been created and will activate your account. This can take up to 24 hours.

How do I access your private client area, and how do I log in?

Click on the Login link in the navigational menu of the website. Then enter the username and password that have been assigned to you. Don't have login information yet? If you don’t have login information yet, contact me to create your account

Can I change the password you assigned to me?

Yes! You will need to log in initially using the password I assigned to you. Once you log in, you can change your password at any time in your Client Profile page, which you find under the FORMS tab.

What if I forget or lose my password and login information?

Go to the Login page by clicking the Login link. Click on the blue link "forgot password" to the right of the "Login" button. In the new "Forgot Password" window, enter your username and click on the "Continue" button. An email containing your new password will be sent to you.

If you misplaced both your username and password, contact me, and I will forward you your information.

I am trying to log in, but it will not accept my username or password. What do I do?

Login information is case sensitive, so enter it exactly like it was given to you. Also, type in your login credentials and DO NOT copy/paste them. If you forget your login credentials, contact me via email.

FORMS, DOCUMENTS, AND RESOURCES AVAILABLE

What is a "Welcome Packet" and how do I use it?

A welcome packet contains basic forms, documents, and resources to get us started in the coaching process. The welcome packet provides me with helpful information so that I can support, guide, and work with you. It includes a "Client Profile" form, a "Goals" form, and a "Discovery" form. You will also find our coaching agreement in this packet. 

SCHEDULING/RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Rescheduling is easy. With a 24-hour notice, you can reschedule any appointment by using the online calendar system. Just complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Private Client Website Area.
  2. Click on the Calendar Menu.
  3. Locate and click on the desired block of “Available” time (for existing appointments, click on the title of the appointment needing rescheduling)
  4. Click on the "edit" button and change the appointment details to correspond with an "Available" block of time.
  5. 5. Once the calendar is updated, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

PAYING FOR THE COACHING SERVICES

How can I pay for my coaching services?

You may choose to pay in full at the start or in monthly installments.
If you select the installment plan, you’ll receive a monthly invoice from my practice confirming the amount due for that period. At any time, you can log in to your private client area and check your Payments Menu to view balances and transaction history.

What payment methods are accepted?

I currently accept Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Deposit, Check, and Cash.

  • For remote coaching, I recommend Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Bank Deposit.

  • For in-person sessions, Check or Cash are also available.

When you receive your invoice, simply click the secure payment link at the bottom to log in to your private client area. From there, you can easily enter your payment details — the system will process your transaction safely and immediately.

If you prefer to have me process your payments directly, please complete the "Credit Card Authorization" form found in the Documents section of your private client area. Once I receive your authorization, your scheduled payments will be handled automatically and securely.
