ABOUT FRANCA

I am a Life Coach, Educator, and Consultant who supports individuals and groups transitioning through times of critical change in the USA and Italy. The goal is to help my clients cultivate the self-awareness necessary to make vital career choices, embark on new projects, improve work-life balance, and enhance teamwork and efficiency with confidence.

With over 25 years of experience in management across the fashion industry and higher education in both the United States and Italy, I offer a unique perspective on what it takes to make authentic, creative choices, whether working independently or leading a team.

The interdisciplinary and intercultural education and experiences, combined with coaching skills and techniques, enhance my ability to support individuals and groups in achieving impactful and lasting growth results.

I have authored and taught courses at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) and the Istituto Adriano Olivetti (ISTAO) in Italy, combining academic knowledge with coaching methods to make personal growth an integral part of the learning journey. This experience inspired me to become a certified transformational Life Coach.

My extensive professional background encompasses business development and training in brand experience for the luxury fashion industry, with collaborations in high-end retail across the globe. I am also trained in ethical leadership and marketing practices, drawing on the work of Harvard professor Mary Gentile.

I hold a Life Coach certification from UP Building Coaching, a diploma in child education with a focus on developmental psychology and pedagogy, a Master’s in Management, and a degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Bologna, Italy. 

Outside of my coaching and educational practice, I find deep joy spending time in nature, preparing fresh, vibrant dishes inspired by Italian and Ayurvedic principles, meditating, and dancing Tango.
