For four years, I designed and taught interdisciplinary courses at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), integrating academic knowledge with reflective and coaching-based practices. This experience led me to further professionalize my coaching training and to develop a framework that bridges self-awareness, learning, and strategic action.
I hold a Coach Certification from UPBUILD Coaching (NYC), a Master’s in Management, and a degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Bologna, Italy.
